Brief Summary: Al-Salam Company for Contracting and General Supplies participated in the construction of a complete residential neighborhood integrated with housing at various levels, in addition to the necessary service and administrative buildings, green spaces, and everything that the inhabitant needs in that neighborhood.
The total area of the neighborhood is 1169 acres, equivalent to 4.9 million square meters.
The housing area is 544.9 acres.
The neighborhood services area is 87.5 acres.
The total area of roads and parking is 330.7 acres.
The total green areas are 132.27 acres.
The total number of housing units in the neighborhood is 23,409 housing units, consisting of:
» Residential units of different sizes (120 - 153 - 165 - 186) square meters, and their number is 17,096 housing units.
» 2016 administrative/residential unit with an area of 90 square meters.
» 2844 duplex villas in buildings of different sizes.
» 1,452 residential villas, including detached, semi-detached or attached villas.
» Service and recreational buildings, which are (schools - nurseries - mosques - churches - health units - clubs).
